4 Palletizers that distribute the products from a single line transport |
Customer and place Henkel Perm Russia Year 2021 Work desctription: This plant manages the sorting and palletizing of cartons coming from the production lines, using a single long transport. The products are all mixed along the conveyor line and are selected at the entrance to the palletisation area via a bar-code reader. Subsequently on an INTRALOX transport they are diverted to the relative preforming area where a robot transfers the part of the layer formed onto the pallet. The formed pallets are then sent to the wrapping machine and to the warehouse. The total production speed can reach 80 packs per minute. In the production area the packs are taken from the lines and inserted into the transport area without any priority and/or sequence, the management of the destination of the product takes place only at the beginning of the area of palletizing. The distance from the production area and the palletisation area is approximately 300 metres, the management of transport on a single line has allowed considerable savings on installation.

Using of Robots with vision systems |
Customer and place Diageo ltd Sheldhall England Year 2012 Work desctription: Starting from an old OCME depalletizer, a 4-axis Fanuc robot was installed to extract the cardboard separators between the bottles. The old depalletizer used a mechanical system that did not allow the separator to be correctly centered and extracted. With the robot and a camera system it was possible to perfectly center the grippers that extract the cardboard. |

Use of robots for empty PET palletizing |
Customer and place Constar Orlando e Dallas U.S.A. year 2004 Description of work: Use of Fanuc robots for palletizing empty PET bottles. The main difficulty of this type of palletizing is the extreme lightness of the bottles. To prevent them from falling, they must be firmly held until they are finally deposited on the pallet. The machine in question works in 3 phases: the first forms the layer inside a closed transport with distant bottles. The second, the robot with the head fully open, picks up the bottles from transport. The third the robot closes the head to the size of the layer and deposits the bottles. 4 such palletizers have been installed. |

Modernization Soy sauce filling line |
Customer and place Sostra srl Bujarovo Moscow province year 2010 Description of work: Modernization of a soy sauce production line by initially adding a depalletizer, changing the layout, inserting additional inverters. The line was managed by two PLCs with separate operator panels and separate production recipes. Everything was unified under the control of a PLC using the second electrical panel as remote. All production parameters and recipes have been unified. After this modification, the line was much more efficient and manageable. |

Depalletizer / Palletizer for incomplete pallet reformation |
Customer and place Prokter & Gable Krailsheim Germanн year 2017 Description of work: Implementation of the software and management and commissioning. The machine allows you to create complete pallets, starting from unfinished pallets, using a 4-axis ABB robot. The robot initially takes the first incomplete layer and deposits it on the first table, where it is photographed. After an accurate analysis of the quantity and position of the packages, they are picked up one by one by the robot and on the second table a complete layer is reformed. The pallet with the remaining layers is moved to the palletizing area and when finished, the recomposed layer is deposited. All managed completely automatically. The only operation to be carried out is the reading of the product barcode on the pallets that enter by the forklift driver. This installation manages up to 700 different carton formats. The setup of the photographic recognition is performed simply by inserting the new product in a predefined position and the palletizing schemes are drawn on the operator panel.
